Antonio Herbst has extensive experience in brand development, marketing, and product management. Antonio is currently serving as the Head of Brand Development for GUNDAM at Bandai Namco Entertainment America, where they oversee the GUNDAM IP and supports its vertical businesses in the Americas. Prior to this, Antonio worked as the Senior Brand Manager at Bandai Namco, leading and growing the company's North American marketing capabilities for its portfolio of original Western franchises and titles. Antonio has also held positions at Wizards of the Coast, Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, PowerPlan Inc., Merrill Lynch, China Tobacco Mauduit, Portugal Telecom, and the University of Sao Paulo, where they gained experience in various roles such as senior manager, consultant, and co-op intern. Throughout their career, Antonio has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product positioning, go-to-market strategy, brand and business strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Antonio Herbst holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc in Management at London Business School from 2010 to 2011. In 2010, they also attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University for General Management studies. Antonio's undergraduate degree is in Computer Engineering, which they completed at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2004 to 2008.
