He formerly led customer experience teams at Mindbody software and has a deep understanding of the fitness and wellness software industry.

Eric hails from the East End of Long Island and deep sea fishing off the coast of Montauk is his passion hobby. Good for mind, body and soul, fishing teaches discipline, patience and perseverance…which helps Eric show up as bande’s Customer Support leader!
