Vijayalaxmi Khatri

Vijayalaxmi Iyer Khatri is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Bandhan AMC Limited since January 2024. Prior to this role, Vijayalaxmi held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of Compliance at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited from August 2021 to December 2023. With a solid background in compliance and risk management, Vijayalaxmi previously worked as Associate Director & Head of Compliance, Secretarial & Risk at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited for over eleven years. Early career experiences include roles at Daiwa Asset Management, Fidelity Fund Management, Principal Pnb Asset Management, ICICI Prudential Asset Management, and CFC Financial Services. Vijayalaxmi holds a degree in Company Secretaries from Mumbai University and completed studies at Bombay University from January 1992 to February 1997.
