Akbarali Manji

Akbarali Manji has extensive work experience in various roles related to compensation and human resources. Akbarali most recently worked at Aegon Life as the Head of Compensation Benefits starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Compensation at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. from August 2007 to April 2020. Akbarali also held positions at Sony Pictures Networks India as a Senior Manager of Human Resources in August and September 2016, at JPMorgan Chase as a Team Member in the HR department from March to August 2007, and at Countrywide Financial Corporation as an HR Associate from October 2004 to March 2007.

Akbarali Manji completed an MBA in HR from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from St Gonsalo Garcia College between 2001 and 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in September 2024.
