Sumegha Baroi

Sumegha Baroi currently serves as Deputy Vice President HR at Bandhan Life since April 2024, following a progressive career in human resources. Prior experience includes a variety of leadership roles at HDFC Life from June 2018 to March 2024, where Sumegha was Zonal Lead HRBP for the East region and held several managerial positions. Previous roles include Manager HR at Apeejay Surrendra Group, handling HR activities across multiple business units, and Assistant Manager HR at Ipsen Technologies Pvt Ltd and Thiess Minecs India Private Limited, focusing on corporate activities and HR initiatives. Sumegha began the professional journey at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd as Deputy Manager HR and gained initial experience in training administration at Tata AIG Life Insurance. Sumegha holds a PGDPM in Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR from B.I.T Mesra Ranchi.
