Melanie Lau

Melanie Lau has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Melanie began their career in 2000 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Banc of America Securities. In 2004, they moved to J.Crew as a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2009, they joined Ralph Lauren as a Director of Retail Analytics, Wholesale & Licensing Divisions and Director of Corporate Business Development. In 2014, they became the Senior Director of Finance & Operations at ONE Jeanswear Group. In 2016, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Executive Director of Strategy & Finance. In 2019, they became the Senior Director Finance / Head of Finance at Equinox Media, LLC. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at BANDIER.

Melanie Lau attended Dana Hall School from 1996 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College.
