Min Song

Min Song, MD, MPH, CMD, HMDC, CPE has a wide range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2008, Dr. Song worked as a Physician at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc. and also held the role of Medical Director at CareOne Management LLC and Ascend Hospice Care LLC. In 2013, Dr. Song became the Medical Director at North Hill Needham Inc., where they served until 2018. In 2016, Dr. Song joined Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton as the Geriatric Medical Director. They later founded their own company, Min Keun Song, MD, MPH, CMD, LLC, in 2017, where Dr. Song served as Founder/CEO. Additionally, in 2019, Dr. Song served as the Medical Director at Bane Care Management LLC and Royal Health Group. Currently, Dr. Song is the Medical Director at The Ellis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where they previously held the role of Associate Medical Director from 2017 to 2020.

Min Song, MD, MPH, CMD, HMDC, CPE has an extensive education history. In 2000, they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Seoul National University. They then pursued further training and completed Residency Training in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they attended Harvard Medical School for Fellowship Training in Geriatric Medicine from 2007 to 2008. In 2004, they also earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Family and Community Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

In terms of additional certifications, Min Song has obtained several. They are a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) from the American Association for Physician Leadership®, and have certifications as a Certified Hospice Medical Director (HMDC) from the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board®, and as a Certified Medical Director in Long Term Care (CMD) from AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. They also hold board certifications in Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
