Nancy Zappolo

Nancy Zappolo is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in care integration and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Care Integration at Bane Care Management LLC since December 2017, Nancy Zappolo is responsible for strategic planning, care transitions, census development, ACO coordination, network development, and project management. Previously, Nancy Zappolo held roles in hospital med-surg oncology, managed care case management, acute rehabilitation case management, and outpatient comprehensive pain management. Additionally, Nancy Zappolo served as Director of Referral & Case Management at both BaneCare and Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group, from October 1995 to June 2016. Nancy Zappolo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College.
