Delsys Salas

Delsys Salas is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager with extensive experience in compliance management within the banking industry. Currently serving as VP/Consumer Compliance Officer at Banesco USA since September 2023, Delsys previously held the position of Principal Consultant at Capco RISC Services from February 2021 to September 2023. From June 1989 to December 2020, Delsys served as SVP/Consumer Compliance Manager at Amerant Bank, N.A., where an effective compliance program was developed to facilitate the institution’s growth into one of Florida's largest banks. Delsys has a Juris Master degree from Florida State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University, and is a graduate of The Institute of Certified Bankers, holding the CRCM designation.
