Enrique Ugarte

Enrique Ugarte is the current Vice President of Residential Lending Officer at Banesco USA. Enrique has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has held various positions at Century 21 Premier Elite Realty, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and Brickell Bank.

Enrique became a Real Estate Consultant in May 2009, mostly to direct personal investments in the residential real estate market. However, with their extensive experience selling, marketing, and developing businesses, they quickly expanded their services to past clients and members of their large network of contacts in the South Florida area, as well as contacts in Latin America and Europe.

During their almost 6 years as a real estate consultant, Enrique used their strong analytical skills and financial experience to find, select, evaluate, and recommend the best investments to buyers. Enrique performed financial analysis for certain real estate transactions, including ROI calculations and cash flow analysis. Enrique also used cutting-edge technology and computer systems to market residential properties for sale in South Florida to more than 8,000 offices in more than 66 countries.

In April 2011, Enrique became the Vice President of Residential Lending at Brickell Bank. Enrique held this position for over 8 years, until August 2019. During their time at Brickell Bank, Enrique was responsible for overseeing the bank’s residential lending portfolio and providing guidance and direction to the bank’s lending team. Enrique also worked closely with borrowers to provide financing solutions

Enrique Ugarte earned their MBA in finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
