Michelle started their career in 2001 as an Electronic Banking Specialist & Process System Analyst at Mercantil Commercebank N.A. Michelle was responsible for providing technical support for all cash management related products, as well as managing thirteen branches including the Corporate Lending Division, Branch Executive offices, Real Estate, Residential Lending and International Departments.

In 2008, Michelle left Mercantil Commercebank to join Ocean Bank as a Cash Management Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. Michelle developed and expanded business and personal banking relationships by handling inbound and outbound calls, and developed formal proposals and presentations to cross sell cash management services.

In 2010, Michelle left Ocean Bank to join Banesco USA as a VP, Business Banker. In their current role, they are responsible for developing new business opportunities with small to medium sized companies in South Florida.
