Janina Dimetro

Janina DiMetro is an experienced NYS Licensed Veterinary Technician currently working at Banfield Pet Hospital since April 2017 and has also volunteered at The Trevor-Lovejoy Zoo since May 2018. Previous roles include positions at Animal Dermatology & Allergy Specialists, VetCor, and Valley Cottage Animal Hospital, where Janina gained extensive expertise in veterinary emergency care. In addition to veterinary experience, Janina worked in various roles including Brand Ambassador/Sales and Visual Merchandiser at Saks Fifth Avenue, and has a background in costume and wardrobe for the film "Birds of America." Janina’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Preveterinary Medicine from Arizona State University and an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from SUNY Ulster, among others.
