Claudio Sferra

Claudio Sferra is a seasoned commercial excellence professional with extensive experience in product management and marketing across the consumer electronics sector. Currently serving as the Commercial Excellence Manager at Bang & Olufsen since October 2025, Claudio previously held the position of Nordic Product Marketing Manager at Sony from May 2020 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing digital imaging products, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and executing marketing campaigns. Prior to Sony, Claudio worked at Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH as a Category Manager, successfully launching full-frame professional cameras in Central-Eastern Europe, and also held a Category Manager role at Panasonic Group for consumer electronics across EMEA markets. Claudio began the professional journey as a Business Analyst Intern at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, supporting market entry strategies. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Management from the University of London and a Bachelor's in East Asian Studies from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia.
