Rajib Das

Rajib Das is an experienced technology leader with over two decades in IT management, specializing in infrastructure and management information systems (MIS). Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Brain Code Ltd and IT In-Charge at Banga Garments, Rajib effectively oversees IT teams and infrastructure management while implementing ERP systems for large organizations. Previous roles include Senior IT Specialist positions with The Institute for Policy, Advocacy, and Governance and e.Gen Consultants Ltd, where Rajib achieved significant cost savings and ensured high system uptime. Rajib's career highlights include leading the development of the Field-Work Inspection & Monitoring Systems (FIMS) for the Local Government Engineering Department, a pioneering project financed by The World Bank.
