Banda Swamy

Banda Swamy has a strong background in railway signaling and engineering. BANDA began their career with Indian Railways as a Signal Engineer in 2002, where they worked until 2007. From there, they moved on to McML Systems Pvt Ltd and Infotech, where they served as a Team Leader for Railway Signal Designs. In 2010, they briefly worked for NSR Saudi Railways as a Signal Engineer before joining OID as a Sr. Manager-Railways, where they worked on railway projects in Ethiopia. In 2013, they joined ATKINS (India) pvt ltd as a Signalling Engineer, focusing on Network Rail UK main line works. Banda then transitioned to Siemens in 2015 as an Engineering Manager, a position they held until 2018. Since 2018, they have been employed at Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, starting as a Dy. Chief Engineer-Signal and currently serving as an Additional Chief Engineer-Signal.

Banda Swamy completed their B.Tech degree in Electrical from REC Warangal between 1995 and 1999. Prior to this, they pursued their Intermediate education in maths at Aler.
