Dayanand Shetty has extensive work experience in the rail transportation industry. Dayanand started their career as an Engineer at KONKAN RAILWAY CORPORATION LIMITED in 1994, where they worked until 1998. Dayanand then joined Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd as an Executive Engineer, where they remained until 2010. In 2010, Dayanand Shetty joined Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, starting as Deputy Chief Engineer and progressing to the role of Additional Chief Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Engineer (UG) at Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited.
