Ravindranath NK has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ravindranath began their career as a Senior Executive Engineer at L&T Komatsu, where they were responsible for achieving quality targets for the productionizing of hydraulic cylinders and addressing supplier issues. Ravindranath then moved to Terex India Private Limited as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they set up a new plant and established assembly processes for screening machines used in mining sites. After that, they joined TVS Motor Company as an Assistant Manager, where they played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and improving manufacturing targets for new scooter models. Ravindranath also supervised the design and development of new SPM machines and was responsible for conducting audits and training engineers.
