Darmin Chakma

Darmin Chakma is a Senior Scientific Officer at the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission since December 2017, previously serving as a Scientific Officer. Prior experience includes a position as a Lecturer at Tejgaon College for a brief period in 2017 and as a Research Associate at the Laboratory of Neuroscience, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Dhaka from January 2015 to April 2017. Darmin Chakma has a comprehensive academic background in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, earning a Master’s degree in 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in 2014 from the University of Dhaka, and completed Higher Secondary education in Science at Notre Dame College from 2008 to 2010. Responsibilities in roles included managing lab equipment, maintaining animal models, processing samples, conducting research, and mentoring MS Thesis students.
