Our goal will maximum utilization of technical facility but efficiently and reduce the OPEX. After define the scope we shall discuss all selected solution manufacturer for action plan. We shall bring all vendor in one page to complete the workflow, replace if require, add-on if justified by lowest expenses. At the time of pre installation we will again re-check with manufacturer, verify the workflow, verify the compatibility with other section and then confirm the Technical Bill of Materials. AND THOSE WILL BE READY FOR INSTALL/UPGRADE/REPLACE.
