Tanvir Ahmed

Tanvir Ahmed is the current Director at Bangladesh Cricket Board. Prior to this, they were the Executive Finance & Accounts at Bangla Tribune from June 2017 to December 2017. Their responsibilities included assisting in processing payments, preparing monthly cash flow, cash flow projection and forecast, analyzing accounting records, and Excel automation. From February 2016 to May 2016, Tanvir interned at Mutual Trust Bank Ltd., where they gained experience in general banking, BFTNS (Bangladesh Fund Transfer Network Systems), BSP (Bangladesh Sanchay Pathra), customer service, insurance processing, monthly statement re counseling, and account opening processing. From October 2016 to December 2016, Tanvir was the Operations Executive at Khulna Titans BPL T20 Team. Their responsibilities included any operational duties that may be reasonably requested by the Cricket and Cricket Operations Manager, continues emailing duties, compiling all match related documentation, providing administrative support to Operations Manager, and having skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher). Tanvir has a sound knowledge of the sporting industry and team operations. Tanvir is also self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Tanvir Ahmed has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh in Banking, Corporate Finance, Financial Institutions, Investment Theory & Portfolio, and Strategic Management. Tanvir also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Human Resources Management from Northern University of Bangladesh. Tanvir Ahmed’s educational background also includes a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science from the College of Development Alternative and a Secondary School Certificate in Science from the School of Development Alternative.
