Md. Baqui Billah has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Md. Baqui started in 1999 as a Jr. Executive in the Commercial Department at Beximco Textile Division Ltd, where they dealt with banks for payments and LC-related activities. Md. Baqui then joined Grameenphone Ltd in various roles, including Deputy Manager to General Manager, overseeing sales operations and strategic planning. In 2017, they moved to banglalink, where they held roles such as Head of SME and Head of Sales Planning & Distribution, focusing on sales strategy, planning, and distribution. Throughout their career, Md. Baqui Billah has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset in achieving organizational goals.
Md. Baqui Billah completed their Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in International Relations from Dhaka University in 1997, followed by a Master of Social Sciences in International Relations from the same institution in 1999. Md. Baqui also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Asian University of Bangladesh. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained various certifications in areas such as self-awareness, career planning, team management, and public speaking from LinkedIn.
