Monzula Morshed

Monzula Morshed has a comprehensive work experience in Human Resources and Administration, starting as a Management Trainee at British American Tobacco in 2001. Monzula then held various HR roles at British American Tobacco, including HR Manager and Employee Care and Welfare Manager. Monzula later worked at Standard Chartered Bank in roles such as Senior HR Relationship Manager and Head of Human Resources. Monzula also served as the Human Resources Director at Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd. before becoming the Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer at banglalink.

Monzula Morshed completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka in 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the same institute, graduating in 2003. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Strategy in Transforming Organisations from the London Business School.
