Priyanka Nanda is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent management, employee development, and HR operations. Currently serving as Principal Lead HR Operations at Lightstorm since May 2021, Priyanka has previously held managerial roles at Lucent Marcons Pvt Ltd and specialized positions at Le Passage to India Journeys, Lepton Software, and Acuminous Software. With expertise in designing employee training programs, stakeholder communication, and performance management, Priyanka has effectively supported HR functions for nearly 1,000 employees across India. Priyanka holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource from Lingaya's University and a BA in English Honours from Dyal Singh College.
