Sarah Tropia

Sarah Tropia serves as the Head of Compliance at Banham Group since April 2022, where responsibilities include data protection, risk management, business ethics, and health and safety. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Serco, rapidly advancing from Testing Centre Manager to Risk & Compliance Manager within nine months, overseeing compliance for Covid-19 Testing Services. At Chubb Fire & Security Group and UTC Climate, Controls & Security, Sarah focused on ethics and compliance, developing training programs and launching a SharePoint function for better information access. Early career experience includes managing customer service at Carrier Rental Systems and commercial operations at RentalXpress Ltd, as well as banking experience at Lloyds Bank. Sarah earned a Master’s degree in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Leeds between 2016 and 2018.
