Rajiv K. is currently serving as the Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Banijay Rights since September 2020. Before joining Banijay, Rajiv held the same position at Endemol Shine International from October 2015 until it was acquired by Banijay. With a background in corporate law and finance, Rajiv has also worked at companies like Your.MD, HIT Entertainment, and law firms such as Vinson and Elkins, specializing in corporate finance and M&A. Rajiv's educational background includes a Master's Degree from ICMA Centre and a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School.
