Michael Niessl

Michael Niessl's work experience includes a recent role as the Head of Development, Logistics Systems at Österreichische Post AG, where they ensured technical and organizational scalability, introduced event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka, and adapted agile dev- and test methodology. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at baningo GmbH, a fintech startup, where they were responsible for architecture, prototyping, hands-on development of the initial product, and general technical, process, and product advice. Michael also has experience at Tricentis, where they held various roles including VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Presales Director, and Manager. In these roles, they had a 100% success rate in pre-sales, made significant product contributions, and played a key role in establishing the IT team and system architecture. Michael began their career as a Consultant at Triton Technology Consulting GmbH.

Michael Niessl's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled in Fachhochschule Technikum Wien. Michael completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Communication System and Services in 2007.

In 2013, Michael attended Stevens Institute of Technology, where they pursued General Management. The duration of their studies at Stevens Institute of Technology lasted until 2014.
