MEng. Neil Michael Edwin Pino Mora has extensive experience in software engineering and information technology. Currently serving as Ing. Software at Banistmo since December 2021, Neil oversees corporate services. Previously, Neil worked as Analista Ing. Software 1 at Personalsoft, contributing to data migration projects and designing integration mechanisms for various information sources. Neil's background includes leadership roles such as Sub Director of Informática y Telecomunicaciones at the Autoridad Marítima de Panamá and Gerente de Productos at Arango Software International. Neil began their career as an Analista de desarrollo de software at Primer Banco de Ahorros. Neil holds two master's degrees, one in Strategic Management in Software Engineering from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana and another in Business Information Security from Universitat de Barcelona.
