Odai AlDabaien عدي الضباعين is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Director - Cards Tech Lead at Bank al Etihad since March 2025, Odai previously held various leadership roles at INVESTBANK - Jordan from April 2014 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing card and payment services, IT operations, and managing vendor relationships. Prior experience includes a position as Sr. Banking Application Specialist at Arab Bank, where Odai developed an ATM monitoring tool for over 650 machines across nine countries, and as an IT System Administrator at Mango Furniture. Odai holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Al-Zaytoonah Private University and completed secondary education at the Latin School of Madaba.
