Nahim Bassa

Nahim Bassa serves as the SVP and Group Head of Strategy & Transformation at Bank Aljazira, bringing extensive experience in strategic initiatives and digital transformation from previous roles at Absa Group and Barclays. Additionally, Nahim contributes as an Assessor and Learning Facilitator for the MIT Sloan Organizational Design for Digital Transformation program at GetSmarter and holds a Board Member position at Kupanda.co. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Banking and Financial Support Services at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Nahim also possesses an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
