In these roles, Fadi contributed to market analysis, budget planning, performance reporting, and data analysis for decision-making.

Prior to joining Al Rajhi Bank, Fadi worked at Jordan Kuwait Bank as a Management Information System Officer from 1999 to 2004. In this role, they supervised the preparation of performance reports, prepared reports for the Central Bank of Jordan, and participated in the implementation of MIS systems and budget preparation.

Fadi Ahmad Almousa obtained a Bachelor's degree from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk in 1998, with a major in Economics and a minor in Accounting. Fadi Ahmad then pursued further education in the field of finance and banking. In 2003, they obtained a Diploma in Financial Analyst Certificate from the Institute for Banking Studies-Central Bank of Jordan. In 2011, they earned a Certificate in Financial Analysis & Strategy from the Institute of Financial Consultants in the USA/Canada and also received a certificate in Financial Planning from the American Academy of Financial Management. From 2011 to 2013, they worked towards obtaining a CMA certificate from the Institute of Management Accountants. Almousa completed the Executive Professional Master in Islamic Finance from the General Council for Islamic Banks & Financial Institutions in 2017, and also became a Certified Islamic Banker from the General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions. Fadi Ahmad pursued a master's degree in Finance & Accounting from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences. In 2019, Almousa completed the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® program from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI). Fadi Ahmad has also obtained various additional certifications in topics such as data analytics, data visualization, strategic thinking, and financial modeling.
