Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain is an experienced finance and controlling professional currently serving as the Head of Financial Reporting and Product Controlling at Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited since April 2019. In this role, Gaurav oversees the planning and organization of cost controlling functions, including plant costs, fixed costs, investments, inventory, and headcount for Region India. Gaurav has held several managerial positions in the automotive sector, previously working with Volkswagen India from March 2010 to March 2019, where responsibilities included factory cost and inventory controlling. Gaurav's career began at Mahindra Group as an industrial engineer trainee, and includes roles at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology and has pursued further education in business management and strategic leadership from the Indo-German Training Centre and Indian Institute of Management Jammu.
