Hamed Alanazi has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Hamed started their career in 1994 at Samba Financial Group, where they served as the Senior Manager for SambaPhone (Contact Center) for over a decade. In 2005, they joined Bank Albilad as the Operations Manager for the Contact Center. Hamed later became the Contact Center Department Manager and then rose to the position of Head of Customer Engagement & Self Services in 2019.
From 2003 to 2007, Hamed Alanazi attended Arab Open University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (system).
