Arzu Akter

Arzu Akter is an emerging professional with diverse experience across multiple roles and organizations. Since March 2023, Arzu has been an intern at Bank Asia Limited. Concurrently, Arzu serves as a Growth Lead Executive at Kajerbari.com, having joined in August 2021. Additional roles include Chief of Idea Research and Innovation at the Bangladesh Soft Skills Development Club, Content Writer at Smartifier Academy, Creative Officer at Save the Student, and Instructor at NU Online Academy, all from 2020. Since 2019, Arzu has held positions as Organizational Secretary at Keya Students Forum Bangladesh and Campus Ambassador at Youth Career Institute. Arzu is also a general member of Banking Fellows for Leadership Development since February 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Insurance from the University of Chittagong, expected in 2024, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, completed in 2021, alongside training in Office Management and a strong foundation in Business Studies and Science from earlier schooling.
