Fahim Ashfak has a solid background in software engineering and development, with experience in leading software projects and teams. Fahim started their career with an internship at banglalink in 2014, and then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at AplombTech BD from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they worked at Redlime Solutions as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2019, focusing on automation, risk planning, and source code development. Fahim then transitioned to Brac Bank ltd. as an Associate Manager in 2019, where they played a key role in developing software applications and features according to business needs. Currently, Fahim is serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Bank Asia Limited, where they continue to lead software development projects.

Fahim Ashfak completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology in 2014. Fahim then pursued a Master's in Information Technology (MIT) at the University of Dhaka from 2016 to 2017. Later in 2023, they obtained an Advanced Certificate for Management Professional (ACMP) 4.0 from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. In addition to their formal education, Fahim also received various certifications, including Cloud Foundations, Generative AI Overview for Project Managers, and The Basics of Scrum in 2023. Fahim also participated in the NASA Space Apps Challenge in 2016 and the National Hackathon in 2014.
