Mahbub A. Alam

Mahbub A. Alam, PMP has extensive work experience in the field of digital technology and software operations. Mahbub A. started their career in 1997 at Beximco Computers Ltd. as a System Analyst before moving to Bank Asia Limited in 2003. At Bank Asia Limited, they held various roles including Officer - Deputy Head of ICT, VP & Head of Software Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Mahbub A.'sexperience spans over two decades in managing and leading IT operations within the banking sector.

Mahbub A. Alam, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University. Mahbub A. also obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Jahangirnagar University and a GNIIT in Software Engineering & System Management from the National Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0, ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor, Certified Data Center Professional, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service.
