Stan Plakun Nufer is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. From April 2017 to March 2025, Stan served as Director at Bank CIC, focusing on M&A and LBO/MBO financing. Prior to this, Stan held the position of Vice Director, specializing in M&A and leveraged buyouts. Stan's career began at PwC Deutschland from January 2008 to December 2015 as a Manager in Transaction Services, and at PwC Switzerland from January 2015 to December 2017 as a Senior Manager in Advisory and Deals.
