Ryan Koesuma

Ryan Koesuma has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ryan has held multiple roles in the banking sector, including as VP, Head of Digital Lending & Consumer Loan Products at Bank CTBC Indonesia, where they joined in April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank, starting as a Management Associate in September 2011 and eventually becoming an Associate Director, Digital Banking until March 2020.

Outside of the banking industry, Ryan has also pursued their passion for scuba diving. Ryan has worked as a Scuba Diving Instructor and Managing Partner at Livingseas Asia since May 2018. In addition, they have gained various certifications as an instructor and trainer through SSI Scuba Schools International and PADI.

Before entering the banking and diving industry, Ryan co-founded and served as the Executive Editor of Deathrockstar, an organization they were involved with from February 2004 until March 2013. Ryan also worked as a Project Manager and Consultant at Common Room Networks Foundation from March 2007 to July 2010, and as a Designer at Koesuma.com from October 2005 to January 2010.

Ryan Koesuma has a diverse education history. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Architecture from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan from 2003 to 2009. Ryan then pursued an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, Ryan obtained a CRB (Certified Retail Banker) degree from The Retail Banking Academy® from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, they also hold various certifications in fields such as FinTech, scuba diving, banking, and investments.
