Cyntia Damayanti

Cyntia Damayanti currently holds a position in Basel & Regulatory Risk within Credit & Enterprise Risk Management at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., since May 2023. Prior to this, Cyntia served as the Policy & Capital Management Head and Accounting Policies Head at PT Bank UOB Indonesia from June 2013 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate 2 at EY from September 2008 to June 2013. Cyntia earned a Magister of Management in Strategic Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya between September 2018 and December 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universitas Airlangga from 2004 to 2008.
