Handri Yustanto

Handri Yustanto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Business Process & Digitalization Head for Corporate Human Resources at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. since June 2008. In this role, Handri leads HR digital transformation initiatives and has held various leadership positions within the organization, including Corporate Human Resources – Organization Development & Analytics Head and Human Capital Strategic Alignment Head for Micro Business HR. Prior to joining PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., Handri gained valuable experience at Asia Pulp & Paper from January 2000 to July 2008, where responsibilities included Organization Development and Performance Management, as well as participation in the Management Trainee program.
