Qolbun Salim Pathopang

Qolbun Salim Pathopang has extensive experience at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. since July 2016, serving in various leadership roles including Digital Operation Team Leader and Card Channel Processing Team Leader. In the capacity of Dispute and Chargeback Team Leader for Card and E-Channel Services, Qolbun is responsible for overseeing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative IT projects. Prior to this, Qolbun was a recruiter at Citibank N.A., Indonesia from October 2015 to July 2016, where the focus was on executing recruitment processes and supporting hiring managers. Qolbun holds a Bachelor's degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2015.
