Marcel Kienitz is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in collections, recovery, and customer service within the financing and leasing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe GmbH (BDK) since November 2017, Marcel Kienitz has successfully developed and managed the Operations division, focusing on disbursement, customer service, fraud prevention, and collections.
