Previously, Bianca held the role of HR Business Partner at Liberty Financial Pty Ltd, where talent management strategies were central to fostering a collaborative environment. Bianca's career also includes significant positions at MYOB and the City of Boroondara, focusing on recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and employee development. With a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Bianca combines educational knowledge with practical expertise in creating impactful workplace cultures.
