Brian Leo has extensive experience in banking and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as Partner Community Engagement at Bank First since October 2014. In this role, Brian executes a stakeholder engagement strategy that enhances information exchange and promotes organizational values, contributing to expertise in wealth management, home lending, cash-flow, and transactional banking. Previously, as a Relationship Officer for regional areas in Gippsland and Mornington Peninsula, Brian focused on expanding the retail banking presence of Bank First, which serves over 90,000 customers and manages $3 billion in assets. Prior experience includes leadership and analytical roles at National Australia Bank from September 2010 to March 2014. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in Finance and Marketing from Monash University.
