Prafull Shikare

Prafull Shikare has extensive experience in product strategy and management, currently working at the Bank for International Settlements since October 2021. Prior to this role, Prafull served at Swiss Re from July 2015 to September 2021 as Vice President and Senior Product Manager focused on innovation and transformation. Prafull began a career at Infosys, holding various positions including Senior Business Consultant, Project Lead, and Technology Analyst from July 2005 to June 2015. Prafull holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Technology from the University of Nagpur, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and has pursued further education at IMD.
