Terra Jordan

Terra Jordan is an experienced Training Coordinator currently with Bank Forward since August 2018, previously holding the same role at Eide Bailly from November 2011 to August 2018, where responsibilities included assisting with webinar planning and ensuring compliance with NASBA Guidelines. Terra's prior experience includes a role in Public Sector Sales at SEI in 2010-2011, where customer inquiries were handled and sales were qualified. Earlier experience as Front Desk Manager at Expressway Suites from September 2002 to February 2010 involved recruiting, training, scheduling, and resolving customer complaints. Terra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rasmussen University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
