Oma Ressler

Oma Ressler has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Oma started their career in 2000 as a Branch Manager at Florida Credit Union and worked there until 2004. Oma then joined Bay Gulf Credit Union as a Branch Manager in 2004 for a year. Oma Ressler further advanced their career by becoming the President/CEO of DVA Federal Credit Union from 2006 to 2013. After that, they served as the Senior Vice President at Andrews Federal Credit Union from 2013 to 2020. Currently, Oma Ressler holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, starting from January 2020.

Oma Ressler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, which they completed from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they attended the Cuna Management School from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. In 2012, Oma also completed a program in Cuna Enterprise Risk Management (CU-ERME) from Cuna Enterprise Risk Management.
