Syabil 'Arifin Jamil

Syabil 'Arifin Jamil has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Retail Banking Group at BIBD Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam since June 2015. Previous roles at BIBD include Assistant Head and Head of Home Financing Portfolio Management, among others. Prior to this, Syabil worked at Fajr Capital as an Analyst, and at Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam Berhad in various managerial positions. Additional experience includes participation in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council and engagement as a General Management Trainee with Royal Brunei Airlines. Syabil began a professional career with an internship at CfBT Education Services Sdn Bhd. Syabil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
