Erjon Shanko

Erjon Shanko has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Erjon started their career at Bauhaus as an Operations & Personnel Manager and worked there from June 2006 to September 2009. Erjon then moved on to New Tech as a Financial Analyst from September 2009 to July 2010.

In 2013, Erjon joined Associated Renewable Inc as a Financial Analyst and Junior Investor Relations Associate. During their time there, they played a key role in running a $2 million Series B investment round and achieved $1.5 million in new project revenue. Erjon also launched and managed the Energy Supply Department and handled financial modeling and analysis. Their tenure at Associated Renewable Inc lasted from November 2013 to January 2015.

Next, Erjon co-founded and served as a Managing Partner at EVC Capital Solutions LLC from January 2015 to September 2016. Erjon then joined Park Cafe Inc. as a Treasury Operations Manager and Financial Analyst and stayed with the company from September 2016 to August 2018.

From October 2018 to February 2020, Erjon worked at Artio LLC as a Treasury Analyst and General Manager. Erjon then joined Bank Leumi USA as a Treasury Product Onboarding Specialist from September 2020 to January 2022. During this time, they facilitated the implementation of Treasury Solutions products and played an active role in sales as a Subject Matter Expert.

Erjon continued their career at Valley Bank as a Treasury Solutions Officer from April 2022 to August 2022. Erjon later transitioned to Valley Commercial Banking (formerly Bank Leumi USA) and held the role of AVP | Treasury Solutions Product Onboarding Lead from August 2022 to January 2023. In this position, they collaborated across various departments to achieve strategic goals, improved procedures and guidelines, ensured resource allocation, provided guidance to the team, and managed workflow efficiencies.

Currently, Erjon holds the position of VP | Treasury Solutions Sales at Valley Commercial Banking (formerly Bank Leumi USA), starting in January 2023.

Erjon Shanko began their education in 2008, attending New York College in Athens, Greece, where they studied Economics & Finance. Erjon completed their studies at this institution in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Management & Finance at City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
