Ofer Gottesman

Ofer Gottesman has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ofer started their career in 2006 as an Analyst at the Prime Minister's Office in Israel, where they gathered and analyzed intelligence materials. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Associate Attorney at AYR law firm, providing legal consultation and drafting agreements in different fields. In 2012, they transitioned to the Israel Ministry of Defense as a Senior Procurement Specialist, responsible for managing procurement processes and mentoring buyers. In 2016, they joined Precise Financial Management Services Ltd. as a Financial Consultant, where they performed financial analysis and managed cash flow for clients. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Credit Underwriter at BHI, evaluating and structuring complex credit transactions. Ofer then joined Valley Commercial Banking (formerly Bank Leumi USA) in 2018 and held various positions, including AVP, Portfolio Manager and VP, Underwriter, before becoming First Vice President, Senior Underwriter and Team Leader, International and Technology Banking. In this role, they are responsible for structuring and underwriting complex credit transactions for a diversified commercial loans portfolio.

Ofer Gottesman has a diverse education history. Ofer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Reichman University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. During the same period, they also acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the same institution. In 2014 and 2015, Ofer attended New York University and earned a Certificate in Project Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Commercial Real Estate Lending from Moody's Analytics in November 2021.
