Thilagavathy Nadason

Malaysian citizen and holder of permanent resident permit in Indonesia. Thila Nadason has served as Director of Finance, Financial Planning, Performance Management, and Procurement & Premises of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk since 20 March 2009 (received BI approval on 4 August 2009). Prior to joining Maybank Indonesia, he served as Director of Finance, Financial Planning & Strategy and General Affairs of PT CIMB Niaga Tbk and Director of Finance and Operation of PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Previously he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 20 years as a Transaction Services Partner handling M&A (Merger & Acquisition) and special review and investigations before joining PT Bank Lippo Tbk in 2005. He has been domiciled in Indonesia for 14 years and has extensive knowledge of Indonesian and International Accounting Standards, corporate valuations, and policies of Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bapepam. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
